Then we set a visit time. If water is dripping near a light fixture, we will ask you to switch off that circuit at the breaker and keep people and pets out from under the wet drywall until the roof has been looked at.
At the visit we read the roof from the ground first, then set and tie off the ladder before anyone climbs. Steep or wet decks get a harness and a roof anchor.
